RETURNS POLICY

If you are not satisfied with a Valkyri gift or purchase, you can return the item(s) to us.
Products must be returned in new condition.
You must carry the return shipping cost yourself.

To return an item, please send your request to [email protected] with your order number and the product you want to return.
All returns are subject to validation and approval at Valkyri’s discretion.

REFUNDS POLICY

Please allow up to 40 days for your return to be processed.
You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our own error.
